Returns & Exchanges

At Studio Arhoj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique handmade ceramics and glassware. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Notification

  Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our Copenhagen studio without breakage.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the shipping label and send the package via a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
