Where are Studio Arhoj products made?
Every ceramic and glass piece is designed and handcrafted in our studio in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since each item is handmade, slight variations in color, size, and glaze are to be expected and celebrated.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during transit?
We take great care in packaging. Each item is wrapped in protective materials and secured in sturdy boxes to ensure your unique ceramics arrive safely at your doorstep.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend hand-washing to preserve the unique glazes. Items with gold or silver luster are not microwave safe.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
